Three years since I posted and I have remarried, lost my job and now we are building a house and selling two townhouses. A lot has changed but not a lot has improved on my physical well-being. I have tried watching what I eat, calorie counting and working out. Each time I do it for a few weeks and see no changes and get discouraged and quit.
In 2007 I weighed 112 lbs (I am 5'-0" tall) and was a size 3.
Now in 2013 I am 40 and now weigh 138 lbs and am a size 9/10. I am disgusted when I look at myself in the mirror. I am frustrated but have started drinking more water, doing the treadmill again and eating lots of veggies and fruit. At this point I am done caring about weight for physical changes. I am doing it to just be healthy. If my body changes then its a bonus.

New blog
My other blog is my family blog which I haven't visited in a long while. It is at:
http://angelsconfections.blogspot.com/
This blog is an effort to get back in the good shape I was in in 2007. The divorce, and the continued stress of starting over has caused me to let myself go. Now I am serious about getting back in shape. I plan to use Wii to the best of my abilities, plus life, plus my treadmill plus maybe a gym membership.
This is a lifestyle change (not a diet or crash diet.) I have already began to try to eat better with fresh fruit and fresh steamed veggies.
Starting weight 130lbs.
Photos will be posted on here to document the weigh tloss.
